Terms of Service

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is only confirmed once you receive a written confirmation from us and the required deposit or full payment has been received.

• Deposit: A non-refundable deposit (typically 20–30% of the total cost) is required to secure your booking.
• Full payment: The remaining balance is due 30 days before the departure date.
• Late bookings: For bookings made within 30 days of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking.
• Prices: All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated and are subject to change until a booking is confirmed.
• Currency: Payments may be subject to currency conversion fees charged by your bank or card provider.

Cancellation charges are calculated from the date we receive your written cancellation:

Refunds (where applicable) will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that covers cancellation.

If you wish to change your booking (dates, itinerary, number of participants), please contact us as soon as possible. Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Changes requested within 30 days of departure may be treated as a cancellation and re-booking.

We reserve the right to make minor changes to itineraries due to weather, safety conditions, or circumstances beyond our control. In the event of a significant change, we will notify you promptly and offer alternatives or a full refund.

As a traveler, you are responsible for:

• Ensuring you hold a valid passport and all required visas for your destination.
• Obtaining comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, evacuation, trip cancellation, and personal liability.
• Disclosing any medical conditions, disabilities, or dietary requirements that may affect your participation.
• Following the instructions of your guide and adhering to local laws, customs, and regulations.
• Arriving at the designated meeting point on time. We are not liable for costs incurred due to late arrival.
• Treating fellow travelers, guides, and local communities with respect.

Adventure travel in the Himalayas involves inherent risks including altitude sickness, extreme weather, and challenging terrain. By booking with us, you acknowledge these risks and confirm you are physically fit to participate in your chosen activities.

We reserve the right to exclude any participant from an activity if, in the reasonable opinion of our guide, their participation poses a risk to themselves or others. No refund will be given in such circumstances.

Enticing Himalayas acts as an organizer and coordinator of travel services. While we take every precaution to ensure your safety and satisfaction, we are not liable for:

• Loss, injury, or damage caused by circumstances beyond our control (force majeure), including natural disasters, political unrest, or pandemics.
• Acts or omissions of third-party service providers (airlines, hotels, local operators).
• Personal injury or loss of property during activities.
• Indirect or consequential losses arising from changes to your itinerary.

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the total amount paid for your booking.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
